Warm Ups to do before you Work Out
Warm up before your workout with these dynamic stretches.
Dynamic stretches are active movements that involve moving your joints through their range of motion. They are great to prepare your body for movement, lubricate your joints and to warm up the muscles that may be stiff and causing restriction.
These are my go-to stretches to warm up the muscles around my hips, spine and shoulder before I work out (they are also great to get moving in the morning!)

HIPS
- Spidermans 
- Hindu Squat + Adductor 
- Downward Dog + Calf Walks 
SPINE
- Lying Thoracic Rotations 
- Kneeling Thoracic Rotations 
- Cat/Cow 
SHOULDERS
- Overhead Rotations 
- Behind Back Retraction/Extension 
- Shoulder Circles 
Give them a go before your next warm-up, you can choose one from each category as a minimum.
