About Kirsty

Hi, I’m Kirsty Holmes, a personal trainer based at Strength and Motion Academy in Midvale, Western Australia. I’m passionate about women’s health and fitness, and I love helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies.

My own fitness journey showed me just how much a healthy approach to exercise, nutrition, and habits can change your confidence and overall wellbeing. That transformation inspired me to build a career in fitness, and it’s what drives me to support other women who want real, sustainable change.

I believe fitness should be empowering, not overwhelming. My coaching focuses on helping you build strength, improve technique, and create realistic habits that fit into your life. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, returning after a break, or looking to improve your confidence in the gym, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
