Emma: Feeling stronger and fitter than ever training through 2 pregnancies

Proud of my client Emma! Here is her story:

"Kirsty has supported me with my training in the gym even through two pregnancies, post hernia surgery, hip, and lower back problems, and honestly, I have never been fitter or stronger than I am now! 

Kirsty taught me how to be more connected to my body, how to modify exercises for my needs, and that even if I can't do heavy weights on certain movements, I can get a great workout in many different techniques and still make progress.

Training through both my pregnancies, you used to think you couldn’t work out but actually could, Kirsty modified my workouts throughout my pregnancy, so I stayed fit and strong, and I was able to recover so much better than I would if I hadn’t been training.

I do Personal Training for the tailored 1 on 1 and also workout in the Powherful classes 2-3x a week. The classes are so fun. We laugh and get fit. No judgement, just encouragement.

I can actually say I love going to the gym now because of Kirsty! I highly recommend anyone who wants to put their health first to contact her.

I love the results, I have built shape from training I fit into my clothes, I actually like clothes shopping now. 

I have increased my strength and I am particularly proud that I can chest press 12.5kg and hip thrust 45kg. I am also back now after my second pregnancy and am hitting personal bests again!

I have improved my mobility, even despite my challenges with my hips and back, I am more flexibility and I am confident I know which exercises to modify and always feel better after a training session.

I feel confident and happy in my body, which I didn’t for a very long time😊”
