Lifestyle
Fat Loss
Muscle Gain
STEP TWO:
Choose your targets for Move, Munch and Mind that you will aim for each week.
MOVE
Build: How many strength sessions are you aiming for each week?
Blitz: How many cardio workouts, walks or sport are you aiming for each week?
Bend: How many stretch sessions, yoga or pilates are you aiming for each week?
It is also a good idea to have a best case scenario, and also a minimum target, as not every week will be perfect!
MUNCH
Quality: What are your balanced meals
Quantity: Are you tracking your food
Preparation: How are you preparing your food this month to hit your goals? Meal planning, meal prep service, meal box deliveries.
MIND
Plan: When will you plan your week
Sleep: What is your sleep routine to get 7-8 hours
Stillness: What is your target for breathing exercises, and mindfulness practises?
STEP THREE:
Take action every week to hit your targets! At the end of the 4 week block you can reflect on your wins, challenges and what you have learned to take forward into your next block.
