How to use the Powherful App
Step 1: Logging in
You will recieve an email with a login link to the Powherful app. Follow the prompts to download the app and make your account.
If you have already signed up, you will also have been prompted to download and access to the app.
Step 2: Navigating the App
Once you are logged into the app, on the Dashboard page, you will have access to book the Powherful classes.
Your daily actions will also show up on this front page too as well as any Group chats or Challenges you enter.
The second tab across is your calendar, where you will see your workouts and habits building up, and can schedule them too.
The third tab is your programs (the kettlebell icon). This is where you will find your workouts.
The fourth tab is your goals, if you have been set any nutrition or habit targets.
The fifth tab is your settings section.
Step 3: How to Use the Powherful App for your Workouts
Connecting your Fitness Wearables
You can connect your fitness wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit, Myfitnesspal, Withings and Garmin to the app to sync your data.
Head to the More tab (the three dots on the right hand side of the bottom menu) and scroll down to the “Connect” section. Follow the instructions for the app you wish to connect.
Contacting your Coach
On the bottom right there is a circle with a picture of your coach. Clicking this you can message with them.
