Powherful Classes Information

 The Powherful Classes are run by Coach Kirsty Holmes at Strength and Motion Academy in Midvale.

They are a great was to:

  • Start training in the gym

  • Complete your Strength Training each week

  • Connect with other like minded women

  • Get coaching on your form and technique so you can feel confident in the gym

  • Build strength and shape in your body

During the classes, we follow the Build workout for the day. In each month’s Powherful program we have 3x different Build workouts over the week.

Follow the app as you go through the workout to track your exercises, weights and rest times.
