Step 2: Log into your App

  • Schedule your workouts and activity in the app

  • Add your progress photos and chest, waist and hip measurements

  • Introduce yourself and your goals in the Challenge group chat

Each week you need to put in the Work

  • Tick off your habits (and see your points increase too!)

  • Share your progress

At the end of the Challenge we will reflect on your progress and what you have learned so far, so you can take it to the next month!
