Homemade Pizza
INGREDIENTS
BASE
2 wraps (normal or gluten free)
Tomato paste concentrate or low sugar BBQ sauce
TOPPINGS
Hawaiian
- Tomato concentrate base 
- Pineapple 
- Ham 
- Sliced button mushrooms 
- Grated Cheese 
- Dried mixed Italian herbs and spices 
Chicken and Capsicum
- Low sugar BBQ sauce base 
- Cooked roast chicken 
- Roasted capsicum 
- Roasted slivered red onion 
- Crumbled feta 
Meat Lovers
- Either tomato or BBQ base 
- Ham 
- Cooked bacon 
- Chorizo 
- Cooked slices of onion 
- 1/2 cup sliced brown mushrooms 
- Grated cheese 
Basilico
- Tomato base 
- Tomato 
- Basil 
- Mozzarella cheese 
METHOD
1. Set oven to 220 degrees Celcius
2. Place bases out on baking tray on baking paper and cover in concentrated tomato paste or low-sugar barbecue sauce
3. Add toppings of choice.
4. Cook in oven for 10 mins
5. Allow to cool for 5 mins and then cut into slices with pizza cutter
