Recipe: Egg and Ham Cups
Here is a recipe for egg and ham cups that make for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with olive oil.
- Gently press one slice of ham into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape. I usually cut a line in the slice of ham and wrap it around itself into the cup. You can use a muffin tin that has a non-stick surface.
- Crack one egg into each ham cup.
- Season each egg with salt and pepper to taste, and any other spices you enjoy.
- Bake the ham and egg cups in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the ham and egg cups from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the ham and egg cups from the muffin tin and transfer them to a serving plate.
- Garnish the ham and egg cups with chopped parsley, if desired.
These delicious and easy-to-make egg and ham cups are a great option for a quick breakfast or snack. Enjoy!
