This is because when I started my fitness journey, I didn’t have correct guidance and went down an unsustainable path with diets, excessive workouts and forcing myself to change. I didn’t get the results I wanted and instead was damaging my health, self-confidence and body image. Then everything changed when I went to University and began studying nutrition, training and mindset. I changed my approach and began to choose healthy and sustainable habits over extremes. I rebuilt my health, learned to accept my body, and built healthy lifestyle I can maintain.
